Hendrik Möbus, apprehended by US Marshals in late August on an international arrest warrant, still awaits a political asylum trial. Möbus' trial was set for December 8, but was pushed back to January 12 to allow his attorney, National Alliance legal unit director Victor Gerhard, to better prepare for the trial. Additional charges have been brought against Möbus in his native Germany for remarks he made in an essay entitled "Open Letter to German Nationalists" posted to the web on the National Alliance sponsored website -- www.hendrikmoebus.com.
