The November edition of American Renaissance features an article by white power folk musician and Aryan International Movement leader Eric Owens. The article, entitled "The new Nationalist Music: Adolescent Rebellion or Radical Commitment?" puts forth the argument to the readers of American Renaissance that white power music, while sometimes violent and difficult to control, plays a vital role in the movement. The article concludes with nothing but praise for white power music. "The media and the music industry have succeeded in turning morality on its head. Racially-conscious music could help set things straight again."(November 2000).
