In the winter 1999/2000 issue of Resistance, William Pierce, owner of the label and leader of the National Alliance, expounded on what he hopes Resistance will accomplish. "Our aim is to make resistance music have a much bigger impact on young people in the future than it has had in the past. We want resistance music to be much more available, not just from Resistance Records, but in record stores and everywhere else that people buy music. We want to bring it out from under the counter and put it on display. We want millions of young, White [sic] Americans and Europeans to make resistance music their music of choice, instead of the Negroid [sic] filth churned out by MTV and the other Jewish promoters of anti-White [sic] music intended to demoralize, corrupt, and deracinate [sic] young Whites [sic]."
