Since being purchased by the National Alliance this summer, the resurrected Resistance Records has experienced tremendous growth. The National Alliance has hired a new full-time staffer to handle orders. While on a recent trip to Europe, National Alliance head William Pierce purchased the entire stock of Sweden's Nordland Records, as well as their existing American recording contracts. As a result, Resistance's catalog of music has nearly doubled. Pierce claims that the label is already breaking even, receiving about 50 orders every day. Long time National Alliance organizer Erich Gleibe has taken control of Resistance magazine, which has popped up on the shelves of one record store and at least six newsstands in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio (National Alliance Bulletin, November & December 1999).
